- Develop the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), a comprehensive book of detailed company information for interested investors
- Solicit offers from investors
- Work with client to negotiate and select best offer
- Facilitate chosen investor’s due diligence of the company – a deep-dive into the books and business matters
- Facilitate final sales contract and closing
Depending on the complexity of the company, the entire process typically takes 3-5 months. We request an upfront retainer fee for the services above, and a fixed success fee at closing.
